St. Elmo - Three

Each year, brew a very special, one time-only, Imperial Stout recipe for birthday. This year’s birthday beer is a smooth, creamy, velvety combination of Golden Promise, Caramel Malt, Vienna, Chocolate Rye and Lactose Sugar. Hopped it heavily with Amarillo, Mosaic, and Chinook to add a subtle pine and fruit character behind all the malty goodness.
