The delicately spicy festive beer specialty, brewed especially for the Christmas season. Wonderfully shimmering golden in color and strong in taste. Franconian, light and caramel-colored brewing malt was used, as well as the finest aromatic hops. A slow mashing process and classic two-tank maturation from 9 °C to -1 °C are used.
