After the success of our last brewing process with Pomona yeast, we have created the next installment of our Hop Squeezer series with a new hop combination. This time, Cryo Pop 23, Motueka, Citra, and Strata hops take center stage. Immerse yourself in a lush, hazy beer with tangy lime and lemon notes from Motueka, juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors from Citra, and the dank and herbal character of Strata. Cryo Pop 23 rounds it out with hints of ripe mango and stone fruit, creating a deliciously complex flavor profile.
