Beer description

St. Peters Brewery was founded in 1996 by John Murphy and is housed in the St. Peter's Hall business houses near Suffolk. The location is ideal as water from its own well, malt from the area and hops from Kent County can be used and therefore not far to fetch. First and foremost, classic real ales and English cask ales are produced, but there are also some bottled beers. The St.Peters is a deep black stout with a very creamy head. The nose is dominated by characteristic notes of chocolate, coffee and raisins. The taste is sweet-roasted and slightly bitter.

Aromen nach Kaffee und Schokolade. Bitter im Geschmack. Mittlerer Körper. Im Abgang Röstaromen. Mehr Temperatur bringt noch die Vanillearomen.
