BlackStack - Stacking Bricks: Scramjet

The next chapter in our series with our bud Tyler, the Head Brewer down at Bricksworth Beer Co. in Burnsville & soon to be open in the North Loop. He’s been making some heat, but due to the way distribution laws work in Minnesota, they can’t sell any of their beers in cans or outside of their taproom. So we figured we’d have him come chill on an ongoing basis to put some of his favorite recipes into beer tubes. This beer, “SCRAMJET”, is dripping with Citra, Mosaic, Talus & Australian Nelson Sauvin with some Phantasm Powder in the whirlpool to help accentuate hop aromas. Come fly with us.
