With this 2nd limited edition of the Wooden Fox, our brewer shares something special with you. The Don Aart Barley Wine was aged for no less than 14 months in oak Laurent & Miquel barrels, resulting in a true taste sensation. The interplay between the Barley Wine and the Shiraz and Viogner barrels is perfectly balanced. The wood notes create a deep, distinct flavour and the red fruit notes from the wine give the beer a surprisingly fresh and fruity character. Wooden Fox #2 is highly recommended for both beer and wine lovers.
