Staffelberg - Jubiläums-Helles (40 Jahre Obermain Therme)

Brewed for the 40th anniversary of the Obermain Therme. The anniversary beer is an unfiltered, characterful pale lager. Upper Franconian Pilsner malt and aromatic caramel malts give it its full-bodied, soft character; the Hallertauer aroma hops "Tradition" and "Mandarina Bavaria" provide a mild bitterness. Fermented with fine yeast in open fermentation tanks and carefully matured, the original, harmonious pale lager tells sip by sip of true brewing art.
