Beer description
A winter sipper using German beechwood smoked malt, pils, munich, caraaroma and US midnight wheat. We brewed this small batch offering using ale yeast under cool conditions to provide a clean yeast character. Pairs extremely well with food, this is a fun beer best enjoyed in moderation.
