Star City Belmont Dropout

A collaboration between Eudora, Fifth Street Brewing Company, and Star City Brewing Company. A black lager both dry and roasty with smooth malt backbone. Has a moderate mineral flavor and peppery / floral noble hop aromas. The name comes from the fact that all three brewery brewers had at one point managed or worked at Brewtensils Homebrew store in Belmont.
