Starkenberger - BioPerle

In terms of taste, Starkenberger BioPerle ranks between GoldLager and SchlossPils. Only selected and certified organic raw materials are used for the BioPerle, such as the Mühlviertel aroma hops of the Select variety. In the glass one sees a bright straw-yellow coloring, which is clear and free of any cloudiness. On top a snow-white intense, but not very stable crown, which comes along with a medium to coarse pore. Fruity notes of the banana determine the impression that the nose takes away from this beer. The banana is then also in the Antrunk, which precipitates already creamy at the beginning due to the intense carbonation. The carbonic acid is very domionant and enhances a slight acidity. Overall, this beer is very light and rather thinner with less body. Fruity sweet notes again of the banana paired with bitter hops can be found in the after-drink. Acidic aftertaste remains longer on the palate.
