Van Steenberge - Piraat Triple Hop

Piraat Triple Hop is a balanced, complex brew with a distinct hop character. Brouwerij Van Steenberge uses the famous Piraat Ale as a base, which gives the brew a full-bodied, fruity taste from the malt that combines with the dry character of the high alcohol content. Four different hop varieties are added to the brew three times during the brewing process (hence Triple Hop). Saaz, Tetra and Aurora hops are used twice in the brewhouse and then Cascade is used for dry hopping. These four types of hops result in a complex character that lives up to the great name Piraat.
