The medieval town of Stege has had the privilege of being a market town since the 1200s, where the herring trade in particular made the town wealthy.
Herring was the inspiration for this lovely red classic, perfect for a lunch, preferably with herring

Soft and round classic, with a reddish tinge, where malt and hops are carefully balanced
Especially good for the Danish lunch table
