La Brasserie Stéphanoise - La Bagarre #3 Brown Ale

La Bagarre is the merciless meeting of our three brewers. Jérem, the boy on the team, is above all a serial brewer and a persistent experimenter. Coming from an explosive cocktail of 50% Chti and 50% Savoy, this cheerful hat wearer brewed his beer on a moonless night. The result of this pagan ritual is a heavily hopped brown foam. This complex recipe experiments with the combination of the roasted aromas of a brown ale and the strong, bitter and aromatic oozes of an IPA.
