Beer description
vThe SB7 is a Bergse Ale, aged in red wine casks. It is international fusion of styles and a tribute to all those who fought and died in one of Bergen op Zoom's most telling feats of arms.
Namely the French campaign against the Republic of the United Netherlands that was settled in 1747 in the strongest Dutch fortress by Menno Coehoern.
So we took the Ale from the Scots, and red wine from the French, and let it all come together in a beer from the one and only Bergse Brouwerij Sterck.
Cheers, Slainte, À votre santé!
