Hop terpenes play a significant role with our hazy IPA creations, rich with diverse and unique sensory experiences - like music for your mouth. This version of Stereochemistry DIPA is created from our classic hazy DIPA base coming in at 8% ABV. 2-row barley, flaked oats, and carafoam in the mash create a soft, pillowy mouthfeel base with layers of mosaic and citra hops in the whirlpool and dry hop. With mosaic hops being dominate in this recipe, you can expect bright sweet citrus aroma with notes of tropical fruit and berry. Citrus juice dominates the flavor followed by candied apricot and pineapple with a gentle bitterness evocative of sweet orange pith.
