Very refreshing beer of light to straw color with a delicate aroma of bananas and citrus, with a rich foam and a typical bread flavor. A mixture of barley and wheat malts in the optimal ratio is used as a starting material, and fermentation in open cellar takes place by adding yeast with top fermentation.
