Only local raw materials from 100% organic cultivation are used for the amber-colored, natural, traditional Salzburg beer specialty. When brewing this beer, the Laufener brewery adds Landweizen - a noble ancient grain that the brewery at Stiegl-Gut Wildshut grow on healthy soil and malt itself. This rounds off the velvety mild taste.
