Behind this beer
A classically dry Irish stout infused with nitrogen to mimic the character of cask poured ale. The nitrogen gas contributes tiny cascading bubbles due to its low solubility resulting in a thick creamy head of foam, softened edges and a creamy velvet-like texture as opposed to the lively prickly character of CO2.
Tasting notes
Dark and rich, but not as heavy as she looks, with a modest ABV and a dry finish. Creamy fluffy foam, a velvety smooth texture, and aromas of chocolate, coffee and a hint of graham cracker and spicy noble hop.
