Beer description
Behind this beer
Timbo Pils, the brainchild of Tim and Bob at Highland Park Brewery in LA, is the original West Coast Pilsner, and we fell in love with it after a visit to their award-winning brewery in 2024. Combining the crisp refreshing backbone of a pilsner and the hoppy characteristics of a classic West Coast beer, the idea of the West Coast Pilsner style is not exactly new (remember IPLs and Cold IPAs?). But Timbo Pils refined the style, giving it a definition and distinction from previous attempts at this concept, and it has been slowly cementing its place as a leader among hop-focused beer styles ever since.
If you’ve been dreaming of an incredibly drinkable beer with a bright hoppy aroma and a snappy refreshing finish, look no further.
