Stigbergets - Silent Stout

Behind this beer While sampling stouts from our barrel storage, we came across a handful of bourbon barrels that were perfectly ripe for the picking. Full of the expected aromas of rich chocolate fudge, sweet vanilla, caramelized sugar, toasted oak, warming whiskey and umami notes, but with a very distinct coconut aroma topping it all off. We decided to amplify this coconut vibe just a touch without overshadowing the original character of both the barrel aging and the stout itself. Tasting notes Rich, velvety, boozy, chocolate fudge, warm vanilla, hint of dark miso and toasted coconut.
