Beer description
Behind this beer
Since traveling to the west coast that gave this style its name, we’ve been dreaming of the new version of American west coast IPA we came to love there: light, crisp and dry as always, still decidedly bitter, but also juicy and crushable. We took inspiration from our friends at Green Cheek and Highland Park to create our own. Adding corn and rice to give it a bright, light base and using the water profile of a New England IPA for a soft mouthfeel balanced by aggressive hopping for a snappy bitter bite. A blend of old school C-hops for some classic citrus and pine aromas with some new school favorites to add some juicy fruit to the bouquet.
