Beer description
Inspired by German styles like Märzen, Dunkel and Schwarzbier, brewers Ashley Collins and Rich Carney were aiming for a ghoulish twist on a dark lager. The trick: bourbon oak chips to lend complexity and a warming finish. The treat: Vermont maple syrup for a touch of sweetness. A bit of experimenting lead to the perfect balance and the perfect beer for spooky vibes and chilly nights.
