Selfmade - Stone Sorrel

The name of this varietal is an allusion to a famous music group from the state of Iowa, who experiment with musical styles masterfully, allowing themselves to create what they want, not what the label dictates. Freedom in self-expression and independence from market opinion is what inspired us to create this gose. It is a refreshing drink with the taste of sorrel and the addition of rock salt, the aroma of which will delight you with memories of fresh greens, cut grass and summer. The salty vegetable flavour with a characteristic yoghurt sourness and medium bitterness will easily quench your thirst and delight you with unusual sensations.
