For centuries, camel caravans would set off from Hohhot packed with stacks of "brick tea," dried whole leaf blocks traded on the silk road. The tea's earthy maple-wood notes inspired this gose, with additions of coconut, raspberries, and coriander seeds. A heady brew that conjures long journeys and distant lands.
