Kettle soured with lactobacillus culture then fermented with American Ale yeast to provide clean, quaffable beer perfect for warmer weather. Our peach variant brings more tart flavors and hints of sweet stone fruit for an even more complex, yet drinkable character to this highly nuanced beer
