Beer description
Everybody loves when Nana brings her best homemade meal to family gatherings. We tried to bring a little home-cooking into this beer to remind us of those delectable desserts. Fermented warm with a traditional Belgian ale strain, we brewed this beer with a ton of specialty malts, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. We then conditioned this beer on 180 pounds of peach puree to round out and recreate this homemade dish. Notes of fruity cinnamon, caramel and spiced peaches.
