Bishop Cider - Strawberry Acai

What? No way. Açaí? In a cider? Yep, the lab coats in the back have served up another total winner and they dove into the ingredient list pretty deep to get this one. No, not strawberries... Açaí [pronounced Ah-sigh-ee] is, for those who aren’t sure, a berry. But not just any berry. This one is high in calcium and is a great antioxidant. It pairs extremely well with the tartness of the cider and sweetness of the strawberries, making this one super delish cider. I’m thinking semi-sweet to sweet and dry, with a surprisingly clean finish with all that’s going on with this bad girl. Get it while you can cause it ain’t gonna be around long folks.
