The first sour of the year will be a beer we're really curious about ourselves. This very fruity sour soured with lactobacillus bacteria is brewed with lots of rice. Rice was added in three forms: rice flakes, sticky rice and sticky flour. Milk sugar, vanilla from Madagascar and plenty of fresh strawberry purée are added to ストロベリーもち (Strawberry Mochi). The composition of the beer is said to evoke the delicate rice cake surrounding the sorbet in Japanese mochi ice cream.
