Garagiste Meadery - Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp features nearly a ton of perfectly ripened Grade A Fancy Strawberries from the US and Chile. We paired the strawberries with Organic Rhubarb from the Great Lakes region and some primo Organic Honey. The mead was finished on a combination of Gluten Free Graham Crackers and Brazilian Amburana Staves. Lovely color and radiant clarity. Boisterous aromatics and harmonious flavors of strawberry and honey with a bit of graham and spice from the Amburana. The rhubarb offering a bit of acidity to cut the sweetness. We’re really pleased with this one and think you will be too.
