B. Nektar - Strawberry Shortcake

Made with whole Strawberries, that are fermented w/Orange blossom honey & buckwheat honey. A wee bit of lactose (so those with allergies note this) and then aged in Gin barrels for 15 months! The sweetness of the strawberry blends perfectly with the botanicals of the gin barrel and just a subtle hint of lactose gives a light creamy mouthfeel!
