Our Strawberry Sundae IPA has a soft, full-bodied, creamy mouthfeel with aromas of tart strawberries and hints of fresh melon mixed with decadent vanilla. Heaps of hops provide a delicate backbone of soft bitterness, while a heavy use of oats and lactose lend the beer a smooth, silky texture. All these wonderful flavours combine to create one delicious beer brimming with notes of fresh strawberries, cream and vanilla…like a strawberry sundae in a glass!
