Beer description
Bock beer is usually drunk as a "starch toast" on Epiphany and during Lent. It is a light, stronger brewed, bottom-fermented, unfiltered and very drinkable beer with a malty note and a balanced proportion of hops. Only barley malt from the region and hops from Hallertau and Tettnang are used in its production.
Brewed strictly according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516.
