Experimental question: can we brew an antidote to the never-ending IPA craze by eliminating hop flavors entirely? The answer is this surprisingly rich Weizendoppelbock. A well-rounded fusion of bock-like malty sweetness with a slightly spicy and fruity Weizen palate. Hopping off never tasted this good.
