Garage Beer Co. - STYX ,TAS

A trio of hazys from three hop growing regions with very distinct characteristics. All three IPAs recieved the same malt bill with 40% wheat and oats giving a protein rich, soft yet dense mouthfeel. The Austalian hopped IPA features Enigma, Eclipse and Vic Secret. These bold hops produce myriad flavours that are heavily dank but full of soft overripe fruit notes. Enigma is a hop that we often use in Garage as we just love how out there it is. It's a stinky boy that brings raspberry and white wine and no shortage of dank herbaceousness. Combined with Eclipse and Vic Secret giving tonnes of orange zest and pineapple notes, this IPA is equally complex and delicious.
