Jing-A Brewing Co. - Suan Mei Tang

Suan Mei Tang 酸梅汤 is a traditional sour plum drink popular in Beijing during the hot summer months. We took the essence of this drink – hibiscus, hawthorn berries and dried orange peel – and infused it into a refreshing bright-purple wheat beer. You may remember the original batches of this brew, made in 2015 & 2017 as collaborations with HK's Moonzen Brewery under the name "One Beer Two Systems"
