Beer description
The nose reveals a slightly acidic apple scent and a sweeter one tending towards caramel. This fragile balance of acidity and sweetness is also found in the mouth. The slight bitterness indicates a light hoppy taste. The attack is quite strong but the finish is sweeter. The tasting ends with a hint of liquorice.
