Brasserie Artisanale Du Sud (La Grihète) - Songe-Fête Ambrée

A rather grassy and malty nose with subtle aromas of caramel and cream to start the tasting of this amber Songe-Fête. On the palate, it is still malty but also well rounded and sweet. A little acidic side then stands out with fruity and caramel flavours. The finish is medium and leaves a grassy bitterness once again. An interesting amber!
