A dark, thick, full-bodied strong ale. Moderately sweet, roasty-roasted, with flavours of coffee, chocolate, sultanas, prunes and notes of barrel-aged spirits. A blend of varieties aged for 12 months in whisky and brandy casks. The future is predetermined. It is subject to the deep laws of existence. Time is always moving forward, repeating the cycle of life over and over again. Every object in the universe has its own unique purpose. To recognise it and fulfil it is the highest goal of existence. Or maybe the future is in your hands and it's all a fantasy? Who knows... The best way to understand this philosophical question is to drink imperial stout, preferably aged in barrels.
