This stone fruit brute was conditioned on a whooping 500 g/L of peach, mirabelle plum, apricot purée and concentrate and tamed with an inkling of vanilla and sea salt.
If you didn’t know - this was the highest rated beer on @untappd in 2023 in Germany.
