Beer description

The bottom-fermented "chimney beer" was brewed specifically for the cold season and tastes excellent with hearty dishes. The malt varieties organic Pilsner, organic Munich, barley roasted malt, melanoidin, and spitz malt give the beer a dark color and beautiful fullness. Hop varieties Saazer and Hallertau, bottom-fermenting yeast.
