Beer description
This mixed culture farmhouse ale was blended from two selected wine barrels before a secondary fermentation on strawberries from Lorence’s Berry Farm in Northfield, Mn and fresh rhubarb stalks from Viola, Mn. Bottle conditioned for three seasons before release, this farmhouse saison is designed for balance and approachability. Pairs this Minnesota saison after dinner, with a scoop of fresh vanilla bean ice cream, watching the fireflies dance down the sun.
