Sun Hop Kaishi

Clear, refreshing, light, Kaishi is first label in the special tonic line. To harmonize with the delicate universe of Japanese cuisine, brewery adds ginger to witbier adding a mildly spicy flavor to the beer. The aroma is spicy and there is a fruity touch, in addition to delicate spicy notes brought by orange zest and coriander seeds.
