Sun Lovin’ Saison has rays of flavor! Utilizing Central Oregon’s Mecca Grade pilsner and rye malt, and un-malted wheat in the brew, this subtle-but-complex base provides and enjoyable and balanced mouthfeel. Using a classic Belgain Saison yeast, this beer began its fermentation in stainless steel vessels, only to then experience its greatest maturity after being transferred into Pinot Noir barrels, Citrus and spice dominate the aroma and flavor, which is perfect for you to enjoy on a sunny day!
