RedRock - Sunshine For Darktimes

Cherry-Tart-Chocolatey: in times of winter darkness when the air is thick and the nights are unforgivingly cold, we could all use a little bit of sunshine. This sunshine in a glass is a Belgian style dark ale brewed with wild yeast and 2 lbs of tart cherries per barrel. Notes of tangy, tart fruit wrapped in a blanket of toasty dark malt brighten the palate with each sip.
