Heroes Amazing Beer - Super Saison

A typical Belgian seasonal beer. In the 19th century, the beer was brewed by Hainaut farmers in the winter with the remains of grain to serve to their seasonal workers in the summer (the harvest season). Today, a saison is available all year round. Characteristic of this type of beer is its spicy, fruity character and dry finish. A perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day! This beer was first brewed in 2018 by DE MEDERIE (Jorre Vanhemmens) under the name GRIZZLY. After 3 years of lovingly making the beer, Jorre decided to focus mainly on developing and producing top-level mead and cider. In order not to let this delicious saison go to waste, he decided to continue producing it at HEROES AMAZING BEER from August 2021. Nothing was changed to the recipe, only the name. The beer is refermented in the bottle and has a yeast layer at the bottom. Preferably leave the yeast layer in the bottle (1 cm) in order to drink the beer clear. If you add it anyway, the beer will be cloudy, but still taste good.
