Superstition - Amnesia

This very special craft beverage is made by fermenting honey and apple cider with mugwort. Amnesia is the beginning of our cross continental collaboration project with our friends at Mabinogion Mead in Caerphilly, Wales. The result is a delicious beverage exhibiting vinous qualities faithful to the noble ingredients that we transformed into a one of a kind apple mead with mugwort. Cheers!
