SureMinée Ananas & Pêche is a German-inspired Berliner Weisse. This wheat beer stands out for its tangy taste, fruity aromas and low bitterness. The acidity of this beer comes from a 24-hour lactic fermentation of the wort (sour wort). In addition to its peach and pineapple aromas, its sweet and tart flavours make it very refreshing (SRM 3).
