SureMinée Melons is a sour ale inspired by German Berliner Weisse. This wheat beer stands out for its tangy taste, fruity aromas and low bitterness. The acidity of this beer comes from a 24-hour lactic fermentation of the wort (sour wort). The acidity and aromas of fresh watermelon juice, cantaloupe and honeydew melon combine to create a surprisingly thirst-quenching beer (SRM 3).
