SureMinée with raspberries and blueberries is a sour ale inspired by German Berliner Weisse. This wheat beer stands out for its tangy taste, fruity aromas and low bitterness. The beer's acidity comes from a 24-hour lactic fermentation of the wort (sour wort). The acidity and aromas of fresh fruit juice combine to create a surprisingly thirst-quenching beer (SRM 3).
