SureMinée à la Framboise is a German-inspired "Berliner Weisse". This wheat beer stands out for its tangy taste, fruity aromas and low bitterness. The beer's acidity comes from a 24-hour lactic fermentation of the wort (sour wort). In addition to its raspberry aromas, it has a sweet, tangy taste that makes it very refreshing (SRM 3).
